McKinnie Comes Back At Turk

Chiefs rookie DE Turk McBride’s remarks about the Vikings offensive tackles being terrible and soft have gotten back to the Purple – and Bryant McKinnie, for one, says he’s going to have something for Turk the next time they meet up.  Said McKinnie of McBride’s comments, which aired during HBO’s Hard Knocks: Training Camp With the Kansas City Chiefs program:

That’s surprising. But we get to play them again this year. So we’ll see. I’m going to remember that, though.

And said McKinnie when asked if McBride’s comments would motivate him and his fellow linemen:

I don’t know what they’re going to do. But I know what I’m going to do.

Yeah Big B. – we know what you’re going to do too.  Whiff on McBride the first time you have to block him, then turn around and watch him smear Tarvaris Jackson.  Unless Mr. McBride isn’t in fact the next coming of Jason Taylor, as he obviously thinks he is.  In that case you might have a good chance of pancaking his sorry, no-account, gum-flapping ass.  And after you do it, I want you to stand over him like Ali after he floored Sonny Liston.

Ballhype: hype it up!
