One In, One Out

Good news and bad news on the injury front.  The bad is that LB Rufus Alexander tore his ACL in his left knee against the Rams Friday night and will have to go on IR.  The good is that DE Erasmus James, who suffered an ACL tear last season and missed the remainder of the year, was activated today from the PUP list and is good to begin practicing.  Frankly, if Ray Edwards and Brian Robison keep playing the way they did in the pre-season opener, it won’t matter whether Erasmus is healthy cause he’ll be riding the bench.
