Gonzo is not terribly thrilled about the Robert Ferguson signing. Come on Gonz – dude more than doubled our receiver corps’ career TD total when he came on-board. He’s our stud (we’re dead).
SI.com’s Bucky Brooks likes Tarvaris Jackson. I don’t mean as a friend either – he actually likes his game. Wow.
Viking Update thinks the Purple could look at DT Hollis Thomas after he gets cut by the Saints. Thomas is another guy who played for Philly when Brad Childress was there, so naturally Chilly’s supposed to want him on the team.
Bobby Wade has become a mentor to the Vikings‘ young receivers. Heartwarming.
Defensive coordinator Leslie Frazier says nice things about CB Charles Gordon.
Brad Childress will once again do his radio show Monday nights on KFAN at 6 pm. Interrupting Dan Barreiro to feature that unibrowed homer Paul Allen lobbing softballs at Childress seems ill-advised to me, but whatever. I still miss Barreiro’s old show with Tice – that was entertainment, baby.
