		<description>I agree.I think alot of the problems facing the Vikings could be seen as growing pains.&#160; When Childress came in, he cleaned house.&#160; The Vikes are a really young team overall, with veterans at some key positions - positions that allow the younger guys to &quot;do what they do&quot; (o-Line is mostly older guys, which allows Peterson to run roughshot, for example).Still, it has to be said that not all of the losses the Vikes have had handed to them have come from lack of experience.&#160; Childress is going through the growing pains as are the rest of the team.&#160; If he can&#039;t &#039;grow up&#039;, then it should be a completely plausible idea that he leaves the Vikings organization.It &lt;em&gt;is&lt;/em&gt; nice to see the Vikes put two &lt;strong&gt;W&#039;s&lt;/strong&gt; in their win column over the past two weeks, and do it &lt;em&gt;without Adrian Peterson&lt;/em&gt;.</description>

		<description>I think you guys are giving him too much credit, if you look back over the past 2 years he still has sucked alot more than he has pulled these sorts of games out of his ass. I&#039;d still rather have Cowher or Marty but I am willing to see if he has what it takes for the rest of the season but if he can&#039;t pull something out and we start to suck again, I say it is time to go our seperate ways.</description>
