New FSB Blog – The Landry Hat
Fan-Sided Blogs has a new site, The Landry Hat. As you can tell by the name, it’s a blog devoted to the Dallas Cowboys. Vikings fans, of course, have many reasons to despise the Cowboys: Drew Pearson’s push-off keeping us out of the Super Bowl, Tony Dorsett’s 99-yarder, Jimmy Johnson fleecing us in the Herschel Walker deal. But don’t let that keep you from heading on over there. The blog’s written by a guy named Dan (nice name), and he’s pretty damn funny…for a Cowboys fan.

Thanks for the welcome. I couldn’t help but laugh at this post though. Pearson did not push off. At the time, we did not fleece you on Walker…ok, yes we did. Two Super Bowls we owe to you guys. I love you Vikings. However, one of my bad memories when I was younger was in 1988, when the Vikings beat Dallas 43-3 and it was plastered on the front page of Sports Illustrated. I’ve had a sour taste about the Vikings ever since then, even with the Walker trade. It was Landry’s last year, and that game had a lot to do with it.
