Halftime Lightning Round

Tarvaris is killing us. Not to be alarmist…but I think it’s time to look at Brooks Bollinger. He’s usually pretty good in relief.

For the second week in a row, a highly-respected analyst has ripped T-Jack’s mechanics. I just wish he’d give the jump-passes a rest.

The Redskins are playing with 3 defensive backs a lot of the time. Clearly, we will not be able to run.

Classic example of an ill-omen: Fred Smoot (of all people) picking off Tarvaris’s first pass.

Aundrae Allison is an idiot.

We’re jittery and nervous and can’t handle big-game pressure. Forget about making the playoffs.

See, here’s the thing – Joe Gibbs knows good and well we’re not going to pass deep. Even if we want to, we can’t. So, the whole defense is geared toward stopping the run. Problem for us is, the Skins ain’t gonna make the same self-defeating mistakes the Bears made, so there will be nothing to bail us out.

When was the last time you saw Tom Brady or Peyton Manning throw a jump-pass?  What concerns me the most about T-Jack is his lack of instinct.  The stuff you can’t teach.  I simply do not think he has it.   How bad has Shiancoe been this year?  He drops the ball a lot, doesn’t seem to be the best blocker, and was supposedly a big pick up……..

I thought Jackson was getting better but then he does stuff that makes you wonder. Chilly won’t give up on him though.
