Update: Vikings Shopping Troy Williamson

News from the Combine…the Vikings are reportedly fielding trade offers for wide receiver Troy Williamson. Maybe they can get a sixth-rounder for the guy. The Vikings have made some questionable draft-day decision in recent years, but taking Williamson #7 overall has to rank as one of the worst. My prediction: there will be no takers for Mr. Williamson’s negligible services and he will wind up being cut.

Update:  Troy Williamson’s agent David Canter says “8 to 10 teams” are interested in his client.  He didn’t bother to specify whether these were NFL teams he was talking about, or teams in the new Turkish Arena Football League.
