Rosenhaus Thinks Mike Doss Will Become Free Agent
Indications are that the Vikings will not pursue the possibility of keeping oft-injured safety Mike Doss. In an interview, Doss’s agent Drew Rosenhaus said he expects his client to become a free agent.
No surprise here. Even with Dwight Smith being cut, it was unlikely the Vikes would keep both Tank Williams and Doss. Brad Childress clearly prefers Williams, and there are indications that Williams will be given the starting job come training camp.
