Heath Farwell Gets Second-Round Tender

Vikings special teams stud Heath Farwell received a second-round tender today, meaning he will make $1.4 million in 2008. This is almost a million-dollar raise for Heath who got $435,000 last year. Farwell should be the team’s fourth linebacker this year, with Dontarrious Thomas expected to leave. Farwell is one of the best special teams tacklers in the NFL.
