Justin Smith has opted to sign with the 49ers for $45 million over six years. The Vikings will now have to go to plan-B in replacing Kenechi Udeze at left-end. I’m not exactly sure who that would be, given the dearth of free agent talent at that particular position. Jevon Kearse is still out there but…eh…no thanks.
