Tony Richardson May Land With Jets
The New York Jets are reportedly interested in former Vikings fullback Tony Richardson. Tony gave the team a couple decent years as a blocking back and occasional safety-valve for whatever sub-par quarterback happened to be in the game. Memories of his excellent years in Kansas City remained strong enough in people’s minds for him to make the Pro Bowl, but his age and price-tag overwhelmed other considerations and he was let go. We wish the classy, articulate Richardson all the best.
