A Bad Omen?

So I check the front page of my hometown paper today and what do I see? A story about Wisconsin having the highest percentage of adults admitting to driving while intoxicated in the last year – 25%. Yes, one-in-four over-21 drivers in Wisconsin has gotten behind the wheel snookered in the past 12 months. Lovely.
Then I read down a little bit and what do I discover? That Minnesota actually has the third-worst percentage of drunks behind the wheel.
