Favre is an Idiot
The whole tampering case against the Vikings revolves around phone calls Brett Favre made to Darrell Bevell and Brad Childress using a phone that belonged to the Packers. So Favre basically didn’t realize that the Packers would be able to tell who he was calling using that phone. It never crossed his mind that, by using it to call Bevell and Childress, he was laying the Vikings – a team he was trying to finagle his way onto – open to tampering charges. Can you say flaming moron?
And don’t give me any of that conspiracy theory jive…that nonsense where Favre and the Packers were involved in some plot to get the Vikings in trouble. There was no devious calculation behind Phonegate…it was just Favre being an idiot.
Now he’s really an IDIOT for playing for the VIKINGS!
