i worked for him back in 91′ at his bar and lets say i was not impressed… but he’s saying lots of stuff wonder if any of it’s true? hmm?

The problem isn’t Favre vetoing a trade per some clause in his contract…it’s him getting traded to a team he doesn’t want to play for and just retiring again. No team wants to give up a draft pick and then have him not show.

Joe Montana made the ProBowl with Kansas City in ‘93 at the age of 37. This was after playing one game with SF in ‘92. Brett had a career year in ‘07 and was second in MVP voting. Don’t be so quick to write him off! I’m a lifelong Packer fan but will be following two teams next year if he ends up with the Vikings. The hardest part for you guys will be learning to spell Favre…..

this talk about GB talking to MIN about farve is fairytales and a puff cloud of bullshit. your boys said there has been NO contact, and the milwaukee journal reports that talks have been intiated????? i think GB just made that shit up to make it look like their trying to do something and they ain’t, and don’t know what the hell to do. all i know is one thing i’ve read that’s interesting: once farve is re-instated and is back on the packers roster, he can’t veto a trade unless it’s written in his contract. this may have been a move by GB to get him re-inststed so they can get a deal done with maybe the jets or tampa who were interested before, but farve seemed to turn down any efforts to complete. with him officially on their squad as a player, they can now openly seek trades that benifit GB, not farve. thats why they said “we’ll turn this into something that will benifit the packer organization” ……thats what i’m readin here

Come on! Farve will never be a Viking. He,s not a Viking. He can,t be a Viking. FT came out of NYG after being a Viking. He was able to lead the team.
Don’t ever think that some old worn out player from another team, will ever led the Vikes to anything. Think about it. For the QB, It’s not about who I am. It’s about who we are. Got it!
