i agree glenn. i go to alot of games as a cowboy fan. i've been to minneapolis, philly, ariz., milwaukee, stlouis, kansascity, and of corse dallas. you know how much money i've spent for each trip????? i don't even want to know. but i could really give a shit how the surroundigs are for the game itself. the best games i ever saw were at old metropolitian stadium at minneapolis, old vet stadium at philly, milwaukee county stadium, and texas stadium in dallas. they were the greatest times ever. no what???? the stadiums are gone and we got to pay about $100 average to see these bums play football. i say the hell with ya and keep your new state of the art luxury stadiums. they don't do a damn thing for the game. and i froze my ass off at the met, could'nt see worth a shit at county stad, and pissed outside the urinals at the vet with 15 other guys to hurry up back to our seats. and i'm tired of payin 9.50 for a fuckin beer. take the new stadium and shove it up L.A.'s ass then if you want. i'm maybe done goin to games anyway. i got a trip to ariz. to see my uncle, and he can get seats for nothin at the cards/cowboy game out there. thats the onlyway i'll go to another...............

tIts not so much that we don't care if we have a football team or not. It's just the fact that billionaire's who could easily form a consortium and build their own stadiums and recoup their losses since they do own all of the sports teams in town keep coming back every 10 years whining that the city needs a new stadium.
Add that to the fact the the University of Minnesota only comes around every twenty to thirty years.
We are taxed by the state for these funds while other taxes are raised and out ability to take care of our own families becomes limited because these sports franchises want but don't really need the money.
I love the Vikings but in the long run my family comes first.
Look at it this way, when you buy a $1.00 hamburger the total is $1.07.
If you make $18,000 a years and have to pay bills and and work another job to supplement that one; does your money going toward a billionaires stadium make sense to you?

Besides our parasitic relationship with your ex players, the Jaguars have this in common too. I am sure this talk annoys you as much as it does me.

LA got its chance.
