why? how? where's the facts?, where do you back up these predictions, how did you see that and can expect that out of jackson. i live in n.iowa and have the bad luck of having to watch most of the viking games. jackson is their weak link period!!!!!he could'nt make half of the throws???? come on.....and you guys call me an idiot???? jackson, i believe is suffering from the same thing that did in culpepper. he can't read defenses fast enough to catch the red or hot WR read. thats the one with single coverage, danzinski, the pocket closes to fast and he takes off and runs, this disrupts all the passing routes and makes your recievers improvise and drives your O-cordinator bonckers. thats the rapp on jackson. so now all of a sudden he's matured???? yeah, we'll see. you need a vet qb to take the heat off peterson, or Ds will stack the box and force jackson to beat them.....and he can't, therefore your predictions are bogus and not based on facts. hey, elves don't bake cookies in a hollow tree. so look at the facts.

Are you guys kidding did you even watch last season you could see the progression in tavaris jackson inwhat little we threw the ball he had to throw when everyone knew we were going to throw and he did ok now we have recieving threats and everyones going to start off gaurding us against the run and we're going to finally let it fly tavaris will manage this team not be an allstar but manage it and that will open it up for the 2008 nfl mvp adrian peterson and the vikings will go at least 10-6 win the division and get atleast to the nfc championship guaranteed

I've expressed my doubts about Jackson all along. I only picked the team to win the division in the Yardbarker preview thing because the other teams all suck so much ass. There's no way I can see the Vikes getting out of the first round.

If Tavaris can play somewhat close to what the Jags quarterback played last season---no mistakes but little offensive prowless--the Vikes have a real chance. But I just don't see Tavaris doing that. Do you? Be honest

I encourage everyone to check out the Minnesota Vikings Wikipedia page for some interesting stats and facts.

Also, I gotta say that I'm disappointed that Martin Nance was cut. I have a feeling that the Vikes are going to regret dropping him.
