Halftime Adjustments – Packers Lead 10-3

I have been a Viking fan for over 40 years and can't believe the owners are making us fans put up with another year of Childress. He should be fired like I said a few years back for allowing Tarvaris Jackson to play. Deep down the organization does not believe in Travaris either; as we tried to get Farve (too bad for us fans he ended up in New York). Well I guess there's always next year, if it's a year without Childress and Tarvaris! But maybe us fans will have to put up with years of neglect on the owners part, before they get some brains and clean house!!!!!!

   Childress preaches discipline but 9 Penalties? 12 men on the field? Just cause the Packers didn't have any didn't mean we had to follow.  Why is he challenging a completion with Shiancoe? We lost a timeout not that it mattered but didn't he fumble anyway?

TARVARIS JACKSON STILL PLAYS LIKE WHEN HE STARTED WITH THE VIKINGS. EVERYTHING HE DOES ISNT RIGHT! OVER THROWING IT TO HIS RECIEVERS, ALWAYS LOOK ONE WAY WHICH MAKES THE PASS DEFENSE KNOW WHERE HE'S THROWING. ALWAYS RUNNING LIKE A FUCKIN MORON WHEN HE KNOWS HE HAS AN OPEN RECIEVER. WTF? CAN THIS GUY EVEN LEARN ANYTHING? HE DOES WELL IN PRESEAON, BUT HE CANT DO WELL IN THE SEASON??? I REALLY FEEL BAD FOR THE VIKINGS, I DONT THINK ITS THEIR YEAR BECAUSE TARVARIS JACKSON ISN'T THE KEY FOR THIS TEAM. SOMEONE SHOULD GET GUST TO START NEXT WEEK NOT FRAGIL TARVARIS JACKSON!!

You know, I really want to believe in Tarvaris but maybe you guys are right about him.  The schedule gets tougher after this and perhaps Frerotte would be a little more consistent.  TJack can scramble and got us a lot of first downs that way but fact is, is that we lost.  An interception on a two minute drill is gonna make the naysayers even more prevalent and how long can chili hold out.  His job is on the line here and he knows it.  Tonight was ugly and a discouraging.

Bollinger just got signed by the Cowboys actually.  Booty did nothing in preseason and should only see the field this year if the Vikes are something like 2-10.

Um DC I Bollinger is no longer in the league and Booty should have been cut really.  What we need is some pass defense.  The long td earlier by the packers could should not have happened if our new billion dollar de would have just reached his arm forward...

I was hoping we'd be able to help the defense more this year with a little more passing offense...the defense cannot continue to carry into the 4th quarter.  Nice grab by Greenway!

Finally a nice pass for a TD...that was nice.  He needs some consistency...tired of the poor completion percentage.  I was hoping after a few pre-season games and should I admit the knee injury, that they'd use Booty or Bollinger for this season opener.

Defy reason?  Nice to see he doesn't defy gravity this season as well...my 2.5 year old daughter has better hang time on her passes across the living room!

Would someone please tell me who in the hell is responsible for leaving Travaris in?  He sucked last year and continues to ruin any viable chance for the Vikes to be a team to reckon with this season.  Please, dear GOD, allow someone with some common sense to put Booty in the game!

Okay he looked better.  Nice to see a tight end actually catch a ball. We need to finish it off though.

Tarvaris was definately nervous and uncomfortable but give him a chance yet.  Let him get a grip hell come through for us.  Yes and on the first drive of the second half he begins to get his confidence back.
