The Star-Trib’s Judd Zulgad reports that the Vikings will likely be without linebacker E.J. Henderson for a month because of his dislocated toes.  Henderson is officially listed as doubtful on the injury report but this is apparently the usual chicanery.  David Herron will replace Henderson Monday night against the Saints and for the foreseeable future.  This is a huge blow to the defense, which has mostly been playing well despite the team’s 1-3 record, and a huge disappointment for E.J. who was on his way to a Pro Bowl season.  Let’s hope the reports are wrong and that E.J. is able to recover and return to form sooner rather than later.
