Sounds good to me Austin. Bring that fine QB with him. (forgot his name) but I was impressed.

Also, I suggest Zygi take a look at Coach Mack Brown (of University of Texas).

I checked out a UT game this weekend, and the guy is absolutely dead on - awesome coaching! He's calling plays that fans are calling, but adding his own spin to things that the other team just can't account for. Coaching with some cajones...

Just an idea...

If the run is not working. Add Peterson as the fourth wide receiver, and pass, pass, pass. Have Peterson roam the middle or setup along the sideline as the fourth option.
Why force the run, time after time???

Exactly. Forcing the run. Every second down is a run play. You could set a clock to it.

Ride Klink out of town anyway. This team has been trying to stick togeter as best they can and with a average coach ( shoot, even Lane Kiffin) would be 5-1.
I can't help but wonder what these guys do in the huddle when a play is set in. I'll bet every one of them is thinking their college playbook would have had something better while looking at each other all wanting to scream "Screw this call! Whose in favor of trying something that might make their defense actually have to think!"
My gosh! Les Stekel had a better football mind. He must finally be at ease knowing he will not go down as the worst Viking coach ever. I would have trusted Les more than Chilly to have improved the team over the long haul.
Bring in Marty! This guy could take this team right now and put his mark on it from day one. I don't think there would be many coaches out there who would walk in and say "We are going to start winning and winning with big numbers starting today!" Shotty would not come in with this we are going to start building my program so give it time. Like some polititian.
I could hear the cries for Chilly's firing all the way here in Florida
