And the Starter at Middle Linebacker is…
Vinny Ciurciu. Not Napoleon Harris or Dontarrious Thomas. David Herron is officially out. And so is Erin Henderson – as in out the door. Waived. Replaced on the roster by Rufus Alexander. We started the season with two Henderson brothers and now we have none.
I expect the Bears to be passing a lot today meaning we will be in nickel meaning Ciurciu won’t be on the field anyway.
Sidney Rice is officially in for today so we’ll see if he impacts the offense.
Erin was a project and I think a good one. He just got caught in the numbers shuffle. I hope the Vikes have the brains to bring him back in the Spring. I doubt you’ll find another undrafted or late round LB who hustles like Erin.
