		<description>I think Gus has done great so far, given the situation.  Sure, he&#039;s not pro bowl caliber, but he&#039;s also doing much better than many other QBs around the league.  I constantly wonder if we had one more truly great WR, what his stats would be...  Or even if Berrian had played the first few games...

And he&#039;s a hell of a lot better than Bollinger &amp; Johnson!  Maybe even combined...

I also think TJack&#039;s main problem is confidence.  He&#039;s a great athlete, and (physically) &lt;em&gt;more&lt;/em&gt; than capable of leading a team to victory through the air...or even the ground if duty calls.  But the guy seems to be getting coached to death; has trouble remembering everything he&#039;s been taught.  

He seems to be particularly inept during situational plays - soul crushing INTs on 3rd and 4th downs.</description>
