Anti-Climactic

Troy Williamson was going to come out today and tear up the Vikings, proving once-and-for-all that they missed the boat when they traded him off.  Of course, Troy would actually have to play in order for any of that to happen.  And since he’s among Jacksonville‘s inactives…well, I guess that means we won’t have to worry about him having a career day against us.  The Jags will have to find someone else to catch those 2 passes for 17 yards.

In other news…fans of Darius Reynaud (in other words, people who are related to Darius Reynaud) will finally get to see him suit up as an NFL player.  Yes, the Vikings have signed Reynaud from the practice squad and will presumably use him to return kicks.  Maurice Hicks, who fumbled at a really bad time last week against Tampa, is deactivated.  What was your favorite memory of the Maurice Hicks era?  Yeah – I don’t think we’ll be seeing much more of Mo.  Guys who get into Chilly’s doghouse normally don’t make it out.  Just ask Robert Ferguson.  If you can find him.
