Emotional Tide

Benny Sapp owes a few people a steak dinner or something.  The Vikes had apparently forced the Bears to punt when Sapp, in the bonehead play of the year, was hit with a fifteen yard personal foul for a blow to the head after the play was over.  The Bears proceeded to get the ball down to the one and were going in for a touchdown to take a 14-3 lead.  Then the defense rose up, huge, and stuffed them four straight plays.  The offense took over on their own 1 - and that was when Gus Frerotte and Bernard Berrian hooked up for an NFL record-tying 99-yard touchdown strike.  Since that sequence of plays, the Bears have done nothing and the Vikings have taken control, and lead 17-7 at the half.  Benny Sapp can breathe a huge sigh of relief, and if the Vikes can just hold on for another half, they will be alone in first in the NFC North.

That was a good win……….But, what’s up with Jarred’s F’d-up hair-do.  He looks like he passed out drunk partying with the Jackass crew!
