…how an entire crew of officials misses a defensive player pummeling a quarterback from behind a good second after he’s released the ball and is in an utterly helpless position, not even aware that the man is coming? Worst non-call I think I’ve ever seen. Brad Childress is madder than I’ve ever seen him and he has a right to be. Meanwhile…Darren Sharper should be benched for falling down on that Hester touchdown. Thank goodness we have Antoine Winfield, Jared Allen and Adrian Peterson – they are playmakers. Who else on this team is?
Someone Needs to Explain to Me…

That’s what I would call “good acting”. Seriously, I watched the replay just as anyone else. And I don’t think it takes a Film Major (which I was), to see, a QB take a dive.
Frerotte won’t get an oscar for this performance, but I can honestly say that it was not a major shot. Maybe, at most, a horsecollar tackle at best.
I’m just glad Frerotte hasn’t been completely awful. It seems like in the first half, the OLine was pretty bad. Nearly awfuly.
Second half – tight, efficient, doing what they’re being paid to do. Which makes a world of difference.
We’re up, in the 4thQ, so I guess the rest of the game is in limbo.
If I had it my way, I’d keep plugging Shiancoe for moderate gains, wear away at the center of the field (while running down the clock), and then bust an HB toss to AD or Chester the Molester for a huge gain.
