Sloppy, Sluggish

The Vikings so far look sloppy and sluggish.  And apparently they’ve forgotten that you’re not supposed to line up on the other guy’s side of the ball.  The Lions had a chance to go up 7 early but the defense manned-up inside the 10 and held them to a field goal.  So far the Lions’ D looks faster and fresher than our offense which might be a product of that extra couple of days off since Thanksgiving.  Daunte Culpepper made one big play on a roll-out, and the receiver got extra yardage after Benny Sapp executed just about the worst excuse for a tackle I’ve ever seen.  They can cut Sapp any time they want, as far as I’m concerned.
