Brett Farve had a hall of fame career with the Green Bay Packers, and he should've left it at that. Instead, he tried to be a punched-out boxing champion, trying to prove he still had it. Well at first, Farve looked good for the Jets, but when the playoffs were on the line, he failed miserably. The long season and injuries caught up with him, and like the old boxing champion who fails, Favre , the football great, was now relegated to has-been status, and booed out of New York. As a longtime Vikings fan, i respected Favre for his great playing career in Green Bay, but it was a big mistake for him to comeback. As for Zygi's decision not to consider Favre for the Vikes QB job, it was the right one .
