Yes he has a ton of tackles but that is becuase the always get burned by every WR in the league. If you give a guy a 15 yr cushion every play then you will get beat every time. He is in my mind one of the worst CB in the league and we continue to play him. Go get Bly or another proven CB that knows how to cover his man and once in a blue moon go for the ball.
