Sage Rosenfels kept it short and sweet when asked what he thinks of the prospect of Brett Favre being brought in to take the job he himself hasn’t had a chance to win yet:
It doesn’t make any sense to comment on something that hasn’t happened.
You may be a good quarterback Sage, but you’d never make it as a blogger. Or an ESPN “insider.”
And if Sage were to be honest about his feelings on the Favre talk? I’m guessing he’d admit that he feels a little screwed over right now. I’m sure we won’t hear any griping out of Sage though: unlike Jay Cutler, he’s a class-act.

Rosenfels doesn’t have a lot of leverage, like Cutler. He has had his chances and if he is lucky he”ll get it again.
Rosenfels apparently doesn’t believe in prevention if he really believes that it doesn’t make any sense to comment on something that hasn’t happened… YET.
