    take it easy on ole dan boys, he’s doin double duty. he writes for that all important  “pacman jonesin” too.  i think he’s like my uncle, VIKEMAN. he wants to see the vikes win, but is just tore up about the farve thing. farve is his most hated player ever. he said he’s spent over 15 years hating farve with every bone in his body. he even broke one over that s.o.b. thats what he calls him. hate is hard to over come for some. my unc’s a former veitnam vet. hate is something these guys live with on a daily bases. he’ll except farve, but is as causious as walking thru a mine field. (he phrases it) i’m think dan is one vike that maybe the same. dan and i have had our outs before, but i’ll back him on this one.  but…….unc says i still like “MIKE FARVE” he calls him. he says i think mike may be really brett farve goin on line and writin all this stuff……hey think about it????????????

    Dave, Mike is right on this one, all of the true Vikings fans have got to get behind Favre, and toss all animosities aside. Dave i respect your uncle Vikeman, cause we both go way back as fans, but i also respect Mike and all the other fans on this web page, because they know in their hearts that this may be the season that we’ve longed for, and Brett is our main ticket  to the party(SuperBowl). I can understand the hate on both sides of the field, one being the Vikings fans who simply cannot forgive Favre for single-handedly beating us time and time again as a Cheesehead, then the Packer fans whom cannot forgive Favre for his on-again, off-again retirement, then to change sides to a division rival. Joe Montana left the Niners to go to the Chiefs, yet the outcry of  the word “traitor” was not an issue. After all the dust settles, and Favre signs and plays a few games, i believe the Viking fans will embrace him 100%, especially if he plays up to his old form. Go Vikings!!!!!

    You know its funny cause I remember a thread awhile back where DallasDave said that his uncle had the inside scoop on everything and stated that Favre was a done deal and that his uncle was giddy and happy about it.     bernie, VIKEMAN says you’re right. he will try all his might. he said he won’t wear any purple #4s (he’s got his old franny jersy), but if it’s what it takes to make the vikes a better contender and keeps them in the state, then fine by him. all day 28…..he tells me all this shit, i just write it down for him. it’s a waste of his time he says.?????and mike…..deanna is a fine woman, i mean her no harm…..hahaha. my wife even agrees with me. she admires deanna for all the cancer troubles and all.

VIKEMAN, on the other hand is pissed. his allegence has been called out. his excistance has been questioned. he said, “what the hell, he does’nt think i exsist? what the hell????” he’s pissed he says i’m looking for this all day 28. he said first i’ll tell him who i am….then we’ll high five and tip one for the vikes……..my uncle knows there ain’t no vike in this cowboy. promise! but i do like the attention they will get this year with farve. it will be tremendious. for business and sales. enough to fund the idea of a new stadium deal????????????hope so. good luck to you vikes this year. i will be at the last preseason game with the unc. this year…….boys will be in the dome. can’t wait

    Well have fun at the dome, im going to the preseason game against the Texas on monday night. I live outside of Houston. Good luck to your cowboys, seems like Romo got smart and got ride of that lil trick. I still dont understand how he chose he over Carrie Underwoowd, but oh well who am I , i wont ever get the chance with either, lucky ass. Brett will bring ton’s of spotlight and revenue to the Vikings this year. You know if he fails to guide us to the SB, it will still be a great year because of the exposure and the games on tv, not to mention sold out games. Him comming this year will definatly help alot with keeping the team in Minnesota where it belongs. Tell Unc too have a Newcastle on me and just swallow the Favre pride and get used to it, What size jersey does he wear i might buy him a Favre jersey if he will wear it, lol

    Dallasdave, ya try ya some Newcastle when you can, i got a buddy of mine that got me hooked on it not long ago. Also i have a good friend in St. Paul and she always talk’s about Dragon’s Milk Beer. She says its the best. Dunno if you have had it or ever tried it, but might be worth giving it a try

    i’ve never tried the dragon’s milk beer, but i can say that i’ve had some that strongly resembles dragon’s piss????? have had st.pauly’s girl beer. like the girl on the bottle too. unc says that his kinda woman. bringing ya a beer, tatas hanging out of her dress, and she’s from st.paul……hell what more can ya ask for???? your friend is’nt the original st.pauly girl is sheZ???? gotta calm that vikeman down he’s been workin on a case of grainbelt premium draft. he really likes that old throwback swill. i will try newcastle as soon as i can. the way we go here, it’ll be sooner then later, i presume.
