Jay Cutler apparently has some work to do, to prove to his new Bears teammates that he’s a man of mettle and not a, well, pussy.
This negative impression of Cutler among some Bears players has come to light thanks to Vikings receiver Bobby Wade, who took to KFAN this morning to relate a little anecdote. Seems Wade took a trip to Vegas this off-season with his former teammate Brian Urlacher, and during said trip, Cutler came up in the conversation. Urlacher’s impression of Cutler? He’s a p-word.
It is hilarious that Urlacher feels that way about Cutler, especially given the whining, p-word-like – some would say Favrian – way Cutler behaved before his trade away from Denver. And it is even more hilarious that Wade has seemingly thrown that out there deliberately, hoping to foment discord in the Bears locker room.
Gamesmanship is a wonderful thing. Maybe from now on Urlacher will be more circumspect while in the company of the enemy. I wouldn’t hold my breath for that though. Learning from mistakes requires a brain.

I mean, Urlacher came out and said he was pissed off about the Orton trade and made it pretty clear he didnt want Cutler around.
So, he goes out partying with Bobby Wade in Vegas, (And we all know how much Urlacher loves Vegas) gets a little too drunk and starts spouting off about how much he hates Cutler’s guts.
