Not to mention that as a junior coming out, he is definetely motivated by money. (Though he seems to love the game too from the interviews I've seen) I say, give him the incentives. Because if you set lofty financial goals for him AND he achieves those goals...well, winning won't be an issue for our Vikings this year.
