39 years old, got Joe’s autograph in that first training camp after he was signed – 15 glorious years for a football fan. Montana/Craig/Rice/Lott – would that any of the stars today have a tenth of the class and dedication to the game – these are the guys who made football the dominant sport that it is today, and allowed it to survive the players strike while baseball whithered and basketball became a live music video. Truly, where have you gone Joe?
