xpackerfan, Thanks, and yes i think the Vikings will go to the Super Bowl, and finally beat an AFC team to quash all jinxes once and for all. I honestly think this is the best Viking team ever assembled, and that includes the Bud Grant era teams. I just think this offense cannot be stopped, which in turn has helped the defense play it's best 2 games against Seattle and Chicago. You can say i feel confident, because before those other 4 Super Bowls that the Vikings lost, seeing each of those games, i had always felt doubt whether we had a team good enough to beat an AFC team. This year is much different. Everyone is saying Saints and Colts, but if you look at the history between these teams, the Vikings seem to match up well, and we've beaten the Saints at New Orleans several times before. Same with San Diego and Indy. The Chargers have no fear of playing in Indy, and they to, have beaten the Colts several times in Indy. I'm going out on a limb, Minnesota versus San Diego in the Super Bowl, with the Vikes winning by 7. I'll really be dissapointed if this Vikings team falters in the playoffs like the Moss- Cunningham team did. That team was'nt as good as this one, Favre, Peterson, all the wr's, plus a solid defense and offensive line. The only way we lose is turnovers, or the Zebras making a bad call.

This is a Viking blog, correct. Brett has done a rock solid job, for a tossed out QB. I'd like to also interject, the "media" has called A Rodgers a new golden boy. Been to thousands of games, watched more, should the QB lay on the field? Is it a new position not one F'n QB knows?

The Vikings are one hell of a team...with a great QB! We are not only going to the Super Bowl, the Vikings are going to Disney World! Love It!!!!

It does'nt really matter who is Arizona's QB, the Cardinal defense has no chance to stop the Vikings' offense. The Vikings and Saints have the best offenses in the NFC, and probably the NFL right now.I would say Minnesota by at least 2 td's.

We beat the Cards last year with Warner. I think we have an excellent chance of beating them again this year "with" him.

I would rather play teams who are running their first team players (and beating them) than second team ones. If nothing else, it'll help us from a play and preparation standpoint for the run to the playoffs.

Sure, there is a "better" chance of us possibly losing the game with Warner instead of Leinart, but I think the chance of that is slim eitherway.

C'mon.

I guess he'll be facing Brett Favre, Minnesota's "Borderline" Hall of Famer?
