Pants on the Ground Guy Larry Platt Visits Vikings Pre-Game Meeting (Video)

The Vikings brain trust decided the players needed a little extra inspiration going into today’s NFC Championship Game against the Saints.  So, they invited Larry Platt, legendary originator of “Pants on the Ground,” to do a little performance during the pre-game meeting.

I’m not sure if this bit was meant to fire the team up or lighten the mood, but the players seem to have gotten a kick out of it.

It was either that or Chilly dressing up like a female flight attendant again.

By the way, thanks to Bryant McKinnie for taking the video and getting it up on YouTube.

Better than playing the song by Prince. Maybe they could play that Saints funeral song after the game. Use it to punish the so-called Vikings fans who are sacreligously picking the Saints.

Well, at least “mike the Packers fan” says Favre plays better when he is the underdog. So maybe we owe Danzinski, Judd and Chip for being faithless traitors.

Farve needs to be singing…”ball’s on the ground” after that BAD call following the time-out. They can only hope to bless the Colts with the good call fairy in 2 weeks. Hope the Saints are proud of their “victory” too bad they couldn’t win it on their own! Karma’s a BITCH!
