The reason why the Vikings are in the "WIN NOW" mentality is because no Vikings fan will accept a mentality of "We are going to rebuild for many years and will have less than .500 seasons." I am pretty certain sales in merchandise, seats and general fandom will decrease massively. No one wants to be on the losing team bandwagon.
