Vikings Release Preseason Schedule (Minus Dates And Times)

This is slightly more significant than yesterday’s uninspiring uniform unveiling. The Vikings have announced the preseason schedule…except for the actual dates and times. But at least we know who they’ll be playing and in what order. A quick breakdown of the four game preseason docket:

Week 1: At San Francisco

A rematch of the famous Greg Lewis game! Can the 49ers get revenge? Wait, didn’t they play in the regular season last year? I’ve blocked it all out to be honest.

Hey, Randy Moss. Woah. Storyline for everyone to talk about.

Week 2: vs. Buffalo

At home against the ever-dangerous Buffalo Bills. Can’t wait to see Sage Rosenfels match up against Buffalo Bills Third String Quarterback in the second half.

Week 3: vs. San Diego

Bryan Walters faces his old team – unless he gets cut before then. Can the Vikings avenge their 2011 week 1 loss? Who gives a bleep?

Week 4: at Houston

The Vikings will be in Houston for the ever-boring final preseason game where all the starters sit. At least they’ll be able to get some good barbecue.

Well that should be fun to watch. Can’t wait.
