Jerome Felton is off to a fast start as a Viking. He hasn’t played a single game and already he’s been arrested for DWI. Eden Prairie police stopped the Vikings fullback early Saturday morning and booked him after he refused a chemical test. He was released after posting $12,000 bond.

The Vikings statement is the usual stuff. They’re aware of the situation but won’t comment until they know all the facts. Felton was signed this offseason to a 1-year/$700,000 contract after splitting the 2011 season between the Panthers and Colts. He played three years for the Lions before that and obviously picked up some bad habits.
