If you do, there will be those who make a QB controversy of this. That is why Webb needs to go, too. Ponder is our QB, that is final. Let him continue to grow, remove all doubt. If he has a bad game, chalk it up to growing pains and get him right back to work. If we have a controversy, we have a Salsbury/Gannon QB scenario going on where no one wins, until they are release or traded to another team only to lead them to a super bowl.

It’s not totally out of the question for T-jack to return. Brad Johnson has done so before, and Sage Rosenfels is still with the team. If he does though, he won’t be getting back his number from Ponder. It’s best for both sides to just part ways at this point.
T-Jack would probably be a better fit in Cleveland anyway, and he’d at least be reunited with Offensive Coordinator Brad Childress. He could also go to Arizona since they are desperate, but I don’t think Seattle will let him go to a division rival.
