At some point you just have to roll the dice. Now with Harvin out for the year, if you want to have any chance at all at that wildcard slot you gotta have someone who can catch the ball. He also has had problems with drops and has been a malcontent everywhere he's played. Not the kind of guy Spielman and Co. are going to bring in with things falling apart for the Vikings. I know Braylon Edwards never became the star he was thought to be but he can play and he can catch. He would certainly be an immediate upgrade for this unit if the Vikes were to pick him up.
