Cmon man, get your facts straight before writing an article. To say that the Rams are a poor defense means you didn't do your homework. The Rams are 4th in the league in sacks, and correct me if I'm wrong but they actually led that category going into the Vikings game, so to say that the Rams don't have a good defensive line is far from the truth. The Rams also had one of the better run defenses over the last few weeks as well, which is why Bradshaw predicted that they would contain AP. The Rams are also in the top ten in overall yds given up per game. They also had the 13th best run defense in spite of the fact that they had already played 7 games against teams in the top 10 for rush yards - that's going to mess up any teams rush defense stats. Their rush defense is much better than the stats showed. I could go on, but those facts alone should grade the Vikings O-line at a definite A+.

As for Peterson, whether he breaks Dickerson's record or not, he clearly has had a better season. In week 14 of Dickerson's season, Dickerson had 1792 yds on 326 carries, a 5.5 ypc average. AP on the other hand has 1812 yds on 289 carries, a 6.27 ypc average. That's a huge difference over the course of the season!
