Everybody hangs on the few moves that don't work out, but rarely give the man credit for the majority of moves that do. He's put together some good draft picks since getting the GM tag -- Matt Kalil, Josh Robinson, Harrison Smith, Jarius Wright, Blair Walsh, Rhett Ellison in 2012, along with Kyle Rudolph, Mistral Raymond, Brandon Fusco in 2011. That's 9 young players making big contributions already. And don't forget Jerome Felton -- Adrian Peterson averages under 4 yards when he's not on the field, and over 7 yards per carry when he is.
