Then the franchise will be on trouble for a few more years. Instead of improving, they keep going backwards. Swallow your pride and sign one of the best players in the league. Competing for a Super Bowl is more fun than watching a loosing franchise.

This is my take on this whole situation this Percy thing could be easily solved and not necessarily with a new contract. I believe Rick Spielman is a poor GM and I'm willing to bet in 2 years he'll be gone from the Vikings organization if the Wilf's are really serious about winning a superbowl. If I were Ziggy Wilf I would summon Harvin, his agent, Spielman, Frazier, and Ponder to my office. During this gathering I would set this rule "We agree to disagree" if something needs to be said now is the time to say it. Allow each party to air it out and then let Ziggy make the call whether pay Percy or trade him. But Ziggy must also be mindful if they decide to trade Percy he may wind up hoisting a Lombardi Trophy before the Vikings will. Billick, Tomlinson, Birk, Mckinnie, and probably others I do not recall are all people who were at one time in the Vikings organization who are SB champs. As a fan I get tired of ex Vikings getting the SB Trophys in places other than Minnesota. And as far as Bryant McKinnie is concerned one has to ask himself is Harbaugh better at getting his players to play than Frazier? McKinnie didn't get any better just more committed to winning. Face it folks this team has a HISTORY of letting others win championships in places other than in Minnesota. A new billion dollar stadium is in the works and the tax payers of Minnesota should be demanding top coaches, players, and a committment from the Wilfs to bring us a championship. Our WR corps sucks so bad now how in the hell can we afford to let Harvin go? One last thing why is Musgrave still on the payroll?
