Percy Harvin Opens Camp on Active/PUP List, May Need Surgery

Things are going great for Percy Harvin so far with his new team the Seahawks. His health is 100% coming off the big trade and contract extension and he is ready to roll as training camp opens.

Actually, the truth is…well, the truth is very Percy-like. It turns out Harvin is not 100% physically. It turns out Percy is suffering a hip injury that may be severe enough to require surgery. Rumor is that Percy is suffering from a labrum tear.

How’s that trade looking now Seattle fans?

Well okay it’s not the end of the world yet. But it is looking sort of dire up there in Seattle. Percy will open camp on the active/PUP list, which obviously means he will not be on the practice field working with his new teammates.

Percy not practicing? That’s surprising. That guy usually makes it out there for every single practice. He is a regular practice hound. Percy loves putting in the hard work!

Yeah. Not so much. But I’m sure this is only a temporary setback. Percy will be out there with Russell Wilson and the gang as soon as he is able and/or feels like it.

Team guy.
