Trattou Released, Ford Signed...AGAIN

Today, the Vikings waived DE Justin Trattou and signed TE Chase Ford.

Ford and Trattou have been getting cut and signed off and on for the past couple weeks.  The move is most likely being made because of the status of tight end Rhett Ellison, but it is still illogical to make these two men play musical chairs with one spot on the roster each week.

On a personal note, I’m getting sick and tired of writing about these two guys that are never active on game day anyway.  I believe this is the move of a team that can’t decide between the two players and wants to keep both, like a girlfriend who is still clinging to her ex.  I would love more assertiveness from the team’s coaches and general manager than that.

I would wish Trattou luck on his future endeavors, but the way this is going, he’ll probably be signed back to the team by Tuesday.

This tells you how bad the front office is!! Ridiculous!! They all should play musical chairs with the QBs.

Seems they can’t make up their minds about anything.
