Adrian Peterson Has Never Played In Snow Before

Adrian Peterson has been in the league since 2007, on a team that faces Chicago and Green Bay on the road once a year, so you figure Adrian must have played in the snow at least once.

Wrong. When Adrian Peterson takes the field about an hour from now in wintry Baltimore, it will be the first time he has ever faced snowflakes.

Amazing to realize, but true (according to Vikings PR, who should know). Adrian has never played a snow game in his life. He was inactive for the Vikings’ famed TCF Bank Stadium game in 2010, for those who are wondering.

How will Adrian react to all the little white things flying around as he tries to run? Just a wild guess, I’ll say it’s not going to bother him.

In fact, I bet Adrian gets fired up by all the snow. I bet the spirit of Chuck Foreman enters his body (yes I realize Chuck is not dead; just go with me on this one). I bet he rolls up 250 on the Ravens.

Adrian Peterson in the snow could be the best thing to happen to winter since hot chocolate. And the worst thing to happen to the Ravens…ever.
