The game of Ring Around The Rosie continues with the Vikings roster.

This time, the Vikings have waived their newly promoted running back Joe Banyard.  Banyard didn’t see a carry in the game against the Philadelphia Eagles and was solely acting as a backup.  This is likely a move to get him back on the practice squad.

To take his place, Minnesota signed offensive tackle Mike Remmers back to the squad.

It is interesting to note the Vikings lack of depth at the cornerback position.  So far, the team has mostly ignored their need for depth at the position.  Perhaps more moves are coming in the near future.
