Looks like Percy Harvin will play in his second game for the Seahawks.
The former Vikings wide receiver was acquired by the Seahawks in a blockbuster trade that sent a first round draft pick, along with a third rounder and seventh rounder, to Minnesota for the disgruntled player. Since then, Harvin has only played in one game for Seattle. It is fitting that the one game was against the Minnesota Vikings where he caught one pass for 17 yards.
As of now, it seems like the Vikings got the better end of that trade, but we won’t know that for sure until we see how big of a role Percy can play in the Seattle offense when he is healthy.
We’ll get a good look at a healthy Harvin in the Seattle offense today against the New Orleans Saints. While some Vikings fans hate Percy for asking for a trade, others still support him and have nothing but respect for the player. Still, there’s no question that Harvin is a dyamic and exciting player that can be a game changer whenever the ball is in his hands.
