The rookie linebacker from UCLA got off to a slow start after missing out on a lot of OTA instruction, but he’s been gradually getting up to speed. The Vikes have mixed him in at Sam linebacker, a role that will often have him standing at the line of scrimmage as a pass rusher. Barr has flashed the big-time talent that made him a #9 overall draft pick. If you don’t believe me, just ask Jerome Felton.
