The Minnesota Vikings will get Jabari Price back for week 3 of the NFL season.

Price missed the first two weeks of the season due to a 2 game suspension.  The punishment was due to an incident where he got behind the wheel of his car while intoxicated in December of 2014.  In April, he had those charges reduced in a Careless Driving plea bargain.

Jabari Price rejoined the team on Monday, and, acccording to Fox Sports, expressed his appreciation for the Minnesota Vikings support said “that’ll never happen again.”

While he isn’t a guy that fans identify with right away, Price could be a player who makes a difference on this team.  The six-foot tall cornerback was impressive during the preseason and looks to be a player who could be a very solid part of the squad’s cornerback rotation and special teams unit.

Price will be the team’s sixth cornerback, joining the likes of Xavier Rhodes, Terence Newman, Captain Munnerlyn, Trae Waynes and Marcus Sherels.  At this time, it’s not really known what Price’s role will be with the team or how much playing time he’ll get in regular season games, but it’s nice to have him available and back with the team.

You might get to see Jabari Price in the Minnesota Vikings game against the San Diego Chargers on Sunday, September 27th, 2015.  Check your local listings for time and availability.
