With a quarter of the season now behind us and the bye week upon us, this seems like a perfect time to take a step back and do a quick review of how things have gone for the Vikings so far.

Obviously it has been a mixed bag from a team performance stand-point, with the Vikings starting the season 2-2.

The Vikes’ best game was surely week 3 against San Diego when they dominated the Chargers. Their worst game was clearly week 1 when they were dominated by San Francisco.

The Denver game has to go down as a solid effort in spite of the loss. And the Lions game was just a good strong all-around game against a key division foe.

Across those four games there were performers who did better than expected and some who did less well than expected. Right now let’s focus on the players who underperformed in the first quarter of the season.
